Brewing Green Teas

Green tea has a more delicate leaf than black tea and should be steeped for 2 - 4 minutes in 180 degree water (just when the bubbles are starting to form).

Green tea contains approximately 20 - 30 mg of caffeine per cup. In comparison, the same amount of regular coffee contains approximately 110 - 120 mg of caffeine.

Green tea is full of antioxidants.

Jasmine Flower Green

Classic Jasmine green tea; fragrant, full-bodied with a fine aroma. I find this tea especially calming.

Dragon Sencha Green
